Fee payments and cancellations for Ethos Public School.

1. School fees (general)

Fee schedules, due dates and any discounts are communicated by the school at admission or renewal. Offline or online payments are recorded against the student account. Any adjustment (e.g. double payment, erroneous transfer) is handled by the accounts office after verification.

2. Online payments

If you paid through a gateway (UPI, card, wallet, etc.) and believe a duplicate or incorrect debit occurred, notify the school with proof (reference ID, screenshot, bank statement). Confirmed erroneous transactions may be refunded or adjusted as per gateway and banking timelines; the School does not control bank settlement speed.

3. Cancellations & withdrawals

Withdrawal from the school or cancellation of admission is governed by the school’s enrolment agreement and circulars issued from time to time. Refunds of caution money or prepaid components, where applicable, follow that policy—not this web page alone.

4. Chargebacks

Frivolous or mistaken chargebacks may affect fee clearance for the student. Please resolve disputes with the office before initiating a bank dispute.
